Install Odin From here

Install Supersu

Process
1) Connect phone in download mode using vol down + home + power.
2) Connect phone to pc and open odin.
3) Select TWRP in ap in odin and start (auto reboot tic must be unchecked).
4) Power of phone and boot in recovery Vol up + home + power.
5) Select Advance then select adb sideload and do slide to start.
6) Now run runme.batch from supersu files you downloaded.
That's it your j210f now rooted and have custom recovery installed

Boot your phone into fastboot mode by pressing and 

holding volume down + power key

 and subsequently releasing power key after some seconds.

Connect your Xiaomi Phone to PC and Scan device.

Choose model number and Click Flash...
